you through your real estate purchase. We have a trained, professional, and
licensed staff to help complete your purchase with the least amount of confusion
for you. We answer all your questions, guide you through the process, and spell it
out for you in plain English along the way. Owning your own home is the
American dream because it helps to position you along a path of success, and
homeownership is one of the cornerstones of that process.
Below you will find the information you will need to begin the process of
making one of the most important decisions of your life, and we are here to help
you through that process and show you how to do the right thing the right way the
first time, and help get you positioned to begin enjoying the benefits of
homeownership.
STAGE 1 (30 minutes) – Fill out Application
STAGE 2 (30 minutes) – Send in Application to be reviewed. At this time we
will determine what programs we have available that will be best for you. We will
look at what homes, loan programs, and terms will benefit you the most.
STAGE 3 (up to 5 days, depends on you) – You will receive a list of homes
that meet your criteria, all around, including location, price, size, etc. The homes
you will find on this list will be in your price range and at terms that will be most
favorable for you. All the homes on the list provided will be coming from sellers
who have agreed to help out home buyers and pay some or all of the buyers closing
costs and down payment. This helps everyone; the seller gets to sell, and the buyer
gets to buy. This type of situation can help out the home buyer quite a bit. It can
help pay your down payment, closing costs, and even put a little money in your
pocket to make some minor repairs such as paint, carpet…etc., even when you may
have a few blemishes on your credit. We will also work to position you in a home
that has some equity built into it.

STAGE 4 (running during your home search) – Mile High Home Solutions
works to prepare your file in order to write the contract, and obtain the loan for the
property you want. We will send you a brief and simple list of all docs you will
need, and a blank balance sheet for you to fill out, pertaining to your current
monthly bills. Also, we will send you a step by step way to sign up for an easy to
use third party on-line credit monitoring service. We will also work to help fix and
or improve your credit. We charge nothing for that service, and the online credit
monitoring service has nothing to do with our company what so ever. It is just an
excellent tool to have.
STAGE 5 (1 day) – We will write a contract for you on the property that you
choose from one of the houses off the program list that we had previously tailored
for you.
STAGE 6 (2 to 4 weeks) - We work with some of the best mortgage brokers in
the business. We will refer you to one of four different mortgage brokers that will
be able to answer all your questions about the loan process, and streamline you
through and into your new home. We have worked with these brokers before, and
they have gained our trust. As such, we refer our clients to them. We make
nothing on this referral, and it is purely for the benefit of our clients. They will
guide you through the process and get all your documents in order. The documents
that will be required from you will be given to you in the form of a simple
checklist. While you are meeting with the mortgage broker, Mile High Home
Solutions will be diligently getting your home ready to close. We will, if you
choose, hire the inspector for you, the appraiser, the title company, and take care of
everything. We will also give you a list of different resources you can call on your
own if you so desire and take control of the process yourself. All along the way
we will show you what we are doing and how we are doing it, so you will know in
the future how to do this for yourself over and over again.

STAGE 7 (up to 2 hours) – CLOSING…This is where everyone meets, at a
time of everyone’s mutual convenience, and sign all the necessary documents to
transfer the property into the new owners name—and presto…that’s it, you are
now a proud home owner.
STAGE 8 (up to a couple weeks, depending on the job to be done) – In some
circumstances we will be able to arrange a fix-up allowance. This allowance will
be allocated to you for you to make some minor fix-ups to your new home, and
start to make it the way you want.
