_________1. W2 Statements for LAST 2 YEARS for all borrowers
_________2. Paycheck stubs for the LAST 30 DAYS (must have Y-T-D figures),
all borrowers
_________ 3. Statements for the LAST 2 MONTHS from any assets used to
qualify for the loan including: Checking Account, Savings Account, Profit Sharing,
401K, IRA, or any other assets available
_________4. Evidence of any additional income, if necessary to qualify (i.e., child
support, social security, rental lease agreements with cancelled checks, etc.)
_________5. Mortgage and/or Rental History:
a. Credit report showing previous 12 months Mortgage History OR
b. Twelve months of canceled Rent Checks, OR
c. Verification of Rental (VOR) from 3rd Party Property Management
d. If rental, need name, number, address for Current Landlord
IF FULL DOCUMENT SELF-EMPLOYED BORROWER:

(Proof of Two Years of Self Employment)
