                                                  Thomas Bolger, Past
                                                  ICBA President, Dies
                                                  I  llinois community banker Thomas F. Bolger, who served as
                                                     ICBA president in 1980-81, died Monday, March 16. In addition
                                                  to serving as ICBA president, a volunteer officer position with the
                                                  association at the time, Bolger served on ICBA’s federal legislation,
                                                  political action committee, and policy development and marketing
                                                  standing committees.
                                                    Bolger was a longtime leader with the Independent Community
                                                  Bankers of Illinois and the McHenry-Boone County Bankers
                                                  Federation. He spent his entire career as a community banker at
                                                  McHenry State Bank in McHenry, Ill. He was 85.
