Ernst _ Young Entrepreneur of the Year - How Are Winners Chosen

							How are Award Winners Chosen?
The nominees in each region are evaluated by an independent panel of judges consisting of past winners, educators, business and community leaders. Every judge knows what it takes to be an outstanding entrepreneur and what measures really matter when it comes to selecting the award recipient in each of the designated categories. They look at track record as well as forward motion and make a thorough assessment of the entrepreneur’s leadership, innovation and integrity, particularly with respect to financial performance, company growth and what’s in store for the future. Finalists participate in the Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards Gala on June 23rd at 5:30 P.M. at the Beverly Hilton. Local award recipients are eligible to participate in the National Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards with recognition at a gala ceremony in Palm Springs from Wednesday, November 11 Sunday, November 15, 2009. The program culminates in the World Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards in Monte Carlo the following June. The world owes a lot to the entrepreneur and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award is one way to thank them.
