My last visit tp Ecuador was in 2006. I didn't feel very safe there. It wasn't safe to be out alone at night. The weather is either hot and dry or hot and rainy. Electricity is very expensive so some places don't have air conditioning all the time like we do here. When I was growing up, the power would be cut off from eight o'clock until noon and again from two until six.I originally wanted to be an architect and was accepted at University of Kentucky. But I was only 17 and knew I wasn't ready to leave home and live on my own. I applied to University of Louisville and put down engineering as my major without giving it much thought. I was admitted to Speed School and got good grades, but I didn't love it. When I went on to Georgia Tech I started liking it better. I feel like I was really lucky. Now I love what I do. I just kept going. I didn't know where it would lead me. But it worked out, and I'm glad it did.I buy the kids' clothes at Old Navy and the Children's Place. For me, it is Macy's and Gap. I also shop some consignment stores.
