With commercial insurance templates all documents will be held at the coverage level rather than the policy level. Description When a user changes the status of a contract to NTU from the edit contract section the system will automatically change the statuses in the placement control board to NTU. If a broker looses business due to the client dealing with another broker the user may change the contract status to "Lost BOR" indicating that they have lost their broker letter of record.
