Tertiary Students with Disabilities Special Supplementary Grant Standard Reporting Template – Part B Name of Institution: Instructions Use this spreadsheet to report on students with disabilities accessing support services during 2007. Please ensure both Part A (a separate Word document) and Part B (this Excel document) of the Standard Reporting Template are completed. Each tab of the spreadsheet (named Section 1 - 4) asks for different information about these students. Note that the data required is identical to previous Special Supplementary Grant (SSG) reporting templates. This year, to enable better analysis of the data submitted, an Excel spreadsheet has been used instead of tables within the accompanying Word template. Sections 1.5, 2.4, 3 and 4 represent the reporting that will continue to be required from TEIs when SSGs for Tertiary Students with Disabilities are replaced by Equity Funding from 1 January 2008.
