     ERASMUS Poster Design Competition 2009
The European Association of ERASMUS Coordinators invites all Higher Education Institutions
with an ERASMUS Charter to participate in a competition during ERACON 2009, in order to
choose the best design of ERASMUS promotion posters that are produced by Higher
Education Institutions in the year 2008-2009. There will be first, second and third prizes. The
type of prizes are announced on the web-site www.eracon.info .

To be eligible to participate in the competition a representative has to participate and register
at the ERACON 2009 conference. Each institution could submit up to two posters for the
competition.

All participants should send the Poster Competition Entry Form either as attachment to an
email or by fax. Please send copies of the actual posters by courier to the address:

We recommend that you also send the posters in electronic form saved in a CD or DVD
included with the poster. Submission of the posters may be accepted during the registration
time in the first day of the conference on 30 April 2009 provided that an application for Poster
competition is sent by 15 April 2009.

The selection of the best designed posters will be done by an independent committee during
the ERACON 2009 Conference. The results will be analyzed and announced in public during
the closing session of the ERACON conference . The real printed full size copy of the poster
will be displayed during the awards ceremony at the ERACON conference.
