Final proposed labor rates will be determined based on specific order location, selected labor
category, clearance level requested for the labor category up to the ceiling rates identified below and
will not exceed those ceiling rates. IFF (Industrial Funding Fee) rate of .75% will be added to the bill rate
of each order.
