Please be advised that this law firm represents Avenir Associates, Inc. (“client”) regarding the above referenced matter. As a follow up to my previous correspondence dated February 25, 2008, I informed you that your website “www.goolti.com” has several postings concerning the reputation and integrity of my client incorrectly identified as Avenir Technologies, Inc. However, to date I have yet to receive any response from you regarding such and your website still contains defamatory and derogatory statements concerning my client. If you want to avoid unnecessary litigation, you must, within seven (7) days of the date of this correspondence remove any references regarding my client from your web site and confirm such with my office in writing. If you choose not to do so, we will have no choice but to pursue legal action against you. Please guide your actions accordingly.
