                             slow roasted pork belly
                   with colcannon, black pudding and carrots

             seabass with caper & passionfruit, fondant potato,
                            pea purée & gems

          chicken breast with gnocchi, chorizo, sunblush tomatoes
                            & a baby leaf salad

     poached salmon with cucumber, spinach, fennel, ratte potatoes
                          & lemon emulsion

                   vegetarian option available on request.....


                 vanilla panna cotta with blood orange sorbet

                  flourless chocolate cake with banana parfait

                          cheeseboard (£3.00 supplement)
