                                       Easter egg benedict

               Smoked haddock fish cake in a light batter with lemon mayonnaise

                        Chicken liver and foie gras pate with fig chutney

               Cream of cauliflower soup topped with stilton cheese croutons (V)

                                             Mains

      Roast leg of salt marsh lamb with garlic and rosemary, roast potatoes and vegetables,
                                      and fresh mint sauce

   Thyme flavoured chicken breast, Portobello mushrooms, creamy mash and red wine sauce

                Roast cod, spinach and crushed new potatoes, dill and lime sauce

Paparadelle pasta tossed in herb butter, with spinach, mozzarella and roasted butternut squash (V)

             Toasted hot cross bun, poached pear, toffee sauce and ginger ice cream

                                   Easter chocolate fudge cake

                     Warm pancake with orange sauce and vanilla ice cream
