Thanks to our revolutionary recruiting practices and the implementation of the Guard Recruiting Assistance Program (G-RAP), we are exceeding our personnel end-strength objectives with a force of young, vibrant and enthusiastic soldiers ready to be challenged. Since G-RAP's launch in December 2005, more than 84,000 soldiers have enlisted with the guidance and support of recruiting assistants (RAs)- - members of our force who mentor potential soldiers and officers throughout the recruiting process.
