PENSACOLA, FL, June 14, 2003— Advantage Credit has launched Advantage Data Online™, a premium mortgage industry leads and direct marketing resource center that greatly simplifies customer acquisition tasks for loan originators. The comprehensive resource, available through a direct link in the new Advantage Online™ credit reporting system, offers brokers end-to-end marketing tools that include mortgage leads; real-time credit bureau data overlays; turnkey, customizable mortgage direct mailers; toll-free number response tracking, and a web service center that brokers can use to turn around counts and live data orders in as little as 5 minutes. Multi-sourced data Advantage’s mortgage leads are sourced from multiple title and deed compilers, creating a larger universe of county and state level data. Starting with basic demographic lists, the records are compared to real property lists with records not yet widely circulated. This file is then segmented using prevailing underwriting guidelines to fit all possible loan programs, enhancing home value and loan-to-value information. Further, brokers can overlay these data sets with live credit bureau data that’s updated every 24 hours, rather than monthly or quarterly. In addition, Advantage runs the data against state and national “do not call/do not mail” lists to comply by state and federal law. The resulting names have a higher propensity to respond because of greater accuracy and less saturation. After this level of segmentation, brokers can further customize their targets with additional filters with simple point & click selections. Turnkey direct marketing services Advantage’s turnkey direct marketing tools include pre-tested mailers and postcards, customizable with a broker’s logo and loan programs, which are then assembled and mailed on behalf of the broker.
