2008 HARTLAND RULES
1. The Market will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the third Saturday of each month: May 17, June 21, July19, August 16, Sept 20, Oct 18, 2008 Daily fees $10.00 per space. The daily fee is payable on the day of the market. 2. Daily spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis starting at 8 am, by the Market Masters. 3. A daily space may be reserved in advance by paying the rental fee. 4. A vendor may not have more than three adjoining spaces. 5. Products eligible for sale in the market exclude: firearms or any weapons (including knives), tobacco products, alcohol or any pornographic material. 6. Vendors are expected to have quality items. 7. Dumping in the trashcans is forbidden. You are required to take home everything that you don’t sell including boxes, bags, trash, etc. 8. Each vendor is expected to clean his or her space at the end of each day and to keep it neat during the period that the market is open. 9. The Market Management reserves the right to deny a vendor the privilege of selling at the market. Reasons may include misrepresentation of products, non-payments of fees, poor quality of goods, or disorderly conduct. 10. Items must be displayed within the assigned space. 11. ABSOLUTELY no alcohol or other controlled substances are allowed on the premises at any time. 13. No glass beverage containers or open fires.
