Materials Suggested:
(Not all are required) For printing: Epson Matte Paper Heavyweight (letter) or Epson Double-Sided Matte Paper (letter), Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper (letter), and an Epson Stylus Color Printer. For the digital photos: an Epson Scanner and/or an Epson Digital Camera. *If you do not have a scanner or a digital camera, you can use personal photos from a CD, sample photos or graphics provided in your creative software programs or visit the Epson Print Lab image gallery for a variety of downloadable images!
Procedure: Step 1: Download the free trial version of Epson Software Film Factory from
www.epsonsoftware.com/filmfactory. Step 2: Go to your favorite photo downloading site, use your own photos from your digital camera or develop your photos onto a photo CD. Step 3: Download Pop-up Card templates. Step 4: Add desired text, photos and graphics to the templates. Step 5: Using Film Factory, print photos on Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper (letter). (Be sure to check out the printing tips on the website to get the best quality printouts for either paper type.) Card Construction: Step 1: Print cards on Epson Matte Paper Heavyweight (letter) or Epson Double-Sided Matte Paper (letter). (Make sure to check paper type on directions sheet and templates - some cards may only use one of these papers.) Step 2: Cut out with scissors, score and glue pop-up pieces to the card as instructed. Step 3: Wait 10 minutes for glue to dry, then fold the card down to make sure it closes properly. Step 4: Sign and send to delight friends and family!
