1. DATABASE (PL/SQL) DEVELOPER Job Description: Responsible for designing and implementing PL/SQL code using Oracle 9i. Responsibilities include knowledge of logical/physical data modeling; design and development of business logic with PL/SQL; working with the software team to develop database access modules; experience with Object Oriented programming (e.g., Java, Oracle Objects); experience with Oracle on a large-scale integration project. Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent and a total of 7 years or more experience in a related area. Required Skills: Must have at least 3 years of recent PL/SQL experience; Must have at least 5 years of Oracle related experience in the following area: performance tuning (SQL and PL/SQL), security (VPD, roles and execution rights). Also must have at least 2-3 years of OO programming experience. Position requires strong knowledge of advanced PL/SQL concepts (e.g. varrays, PL/SQL tables, cursors, user defined object types, exception handling, Database packages, etc.). REASONING SKILLS: Applies analytical skills to support process improvement, problem solving, best practices, and coding standards. VERBAL & WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Must have effective communication skills and the ability to work independently with the client and effectively with other team members. Desired Skills: Experience with developing web based applications implementing business logic in PL/SQL. 2. SENIOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST Job Description: Provide Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) support services to Federal Government customers. Required Skills: * Prior experience providing TEM support to Federal Government customers * Wireless and Landline invoice analysis and management * Understanding of wireless equipment and services Must have experience in providing on-site Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) support to Federal Government customers. Analyze new mobility requirements and provision requested equipment and services utilizing Government approval processes and contractor provided web-based system. Maintain on-site inventories and answering customer support issues. Using contractor provided system maintain accurate asset management database of government mobility equipment to include: cell phones, PDA, Blackberry, calling cards, etc and generate weekly and monthly reports. Must possess or be able to receive a Federal Government clearance. 3. GUI PROGRAMMER Job Description: The successful candidate will work with several GUI Programmers to develop the GUIs for a web-enabled Oracle application. 4. SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR Job Description: The successful candidate will join the Enterprise System Upgrade for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Systems Integration and Test team, and will share the tasks assigned to the team: set up and maintain the Integration and Test environment, integrate developed software, develop and execute functional thread test cases. The candidate will work closely with Software Development, CM, and Test teams. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent. Required Skills: Must have five years experience with Unix, Windows, Oracle and PL/SQL. Must be able to write batch scripts. Good communication skills are required. Must be able to work with a large team of software engineers and maintain flexible work

5. SENIOR SYSTEM ENGINEER Job Description: Serve as a member of a fully integrated government contractor team acting as a senior Systems Engineering Analyst and Synthesis team. Candidate will provide on-going and future development efforts with system level requirements impact analysis, system architecture definition, and other system level support. The candidate will work in an Integrated Team environment with Requirements, Software Development, and Test Teams. Education: BS degree in Computer Science or computer related field (e.g., Engineering, Math) required. A Master's degree is preferred. Required Skills: It requires eight (8) years of progressive IT-related experience with at least three years of complex system analysis/design experience. 6. SYSTEM ENGINEER (OCSE) Candidate will provide senior systems engineering, architecture, consulting, design, and integration support to projects related to a DOJ program. Direct participation in the requirements definition, design, acquisition , migration, upgrades, enhancements, new technologies, and new functionalities of new systems. Draft/Review/Edit documents including: Requirement Specifications, Interface Requirements Documents, CONOPS, Systems Architecture Design Document, White Papers, etc. Provide research results to advanced technology issues via white papers, presentations and reports. Act as user liaison and advocate for systems design and interact with senior engineering staff to maintain cohesiveness of target system. Able to identify dependencies, assess risks; brief/update officials or customer management personnel; maintain close working relationships with other team organizations, DOJ agencies, and development contractors. Works independently and on a team. critical business needs and integration of corporation knowledge management applications. In addition, the responsibilities include the preparation of technical business solution assessments for the Enterprise System Upgrade for the U.S. Department of Justice

(DOJ) program factoring industry trends and recent technology developments as applicable to the customer's mission. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math or Science Required Skills: Minimum of four plus years experience in systems engineering/systems integration in DOJ related programs. Experience in the field of Criminal Justice Information Systems; Software Engineering experience with DOJ related systems; knowledge of and experience with the Justice Community; effective communication skills; MS Office suite; lead or active participation in team working environment. 7. TEST ENGINEER Job Description: Individual must be a self-motivated, focused contributor willing to work in a team environment in a SEI CMM Level 3 environment. Individual will be expected to develop test plans and procedures; conduct system, acceptance, and regression testing; assist with problem diagnosis and correction; and prepare test reports. Education: BS in Computer Science or computer related field (e.g., Engineering, Math) required. Required Skills: Seven years of progressive IT-related experience with at least three to five years of test and evaluation experience. Experience with software test and evaluation on all levels: unit, integration, system, acceptance, and regression testing. Candidate must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the testing process and how it fits in with an iterative, incremental software development life cycle. Must have understanding of CM and problem reporting/change control process. Top Secret clearance is required. Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary. 8. SENIOR JAVA PROGRAMMER Job Description: Perform full life-cycle development ranging from requirements analysis to deployment in an object-oriented software development environment. Performs complex analysis in the design and implementation of software applications for computer-based systems. Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Recommends solutions to problems related to software design. May provide work leadership in assigning work and resolving problems.

Determines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters to meet business requirements and hardware/software compatibility. Directs the translations of functions to be automated. Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system. Works independently to plan and design projects. 9. WINDOWS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR/MCSE Job Description: Must currently possess an active/current DOD or FBI Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to a TS. Under general supervision, installs and updates PC software. Respondent also will be expected to install, maintain, and troubleshoot PC hardware for a LAN of about 200 computers. Respondent will work directly with PC users to diagnose and solve applications problems. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and one year experience in a related field or

at least five years experience in related tasks. Experience shall include a range of assignments in technical tasks directly related to the proposed area of responsibility. Required Skills: MCSE with a minimum of 4 years of on-the-job experience. Experience with Microsoft operating systems (Windows 2000/NT) and Exchange required. Experience in troubleshooting PC hardware. Must have ability to work independently and creatively. Good communications skills. 10. SYSTEMS ANALYST Job Description: Must currently possess an active/current DOD or FBI Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to a TS. Individual must be a self-motivated, focused contributor willing to work in a team environment in a SEI CMM Level 2+ environment. Individual will provide support to board meetings, such as ERBs, CCBs, etc. and other project meetings. Support includes: * Coordinate participants and meeting materials/hand-outs * Record, produce, and post meeting minutes * Manage inputs and action items in Rational software * Facilitate information sharing across teams In addition, individual will maintain information flow from unclassified environment to classified environment. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years experience in an IT environment. Required Skills: Individual must have excellent written and oral communication, as well as organizational skills. Must have experience in supporting software development/engineering programs and have an understanding of the concepts and terminology used in this environment. Must be experienced in using MS Office Suite. Must have an active DoD or FBI Secret Clearance. Desired Skills: Experience with Rational Software Suite is considered a plus. 11. SYSTEMS REQUIREMENTS ANALYST Job Description: Must currently possess an active/current DOD or FBI Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to a TS. Individual must have experience performing

requirements analysis. This will include participating and/or facilitating JAD sessions, writing requirements and performing requirements analysis. The candidate should have experience working with IPTs and be comfortable working across the organization with software, test and data engineering. The candidate should be comfortable working in a team environment. The candidate should be familiar with basic systems engineering principles and full life-cycle development on a software project. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5-10 years experience with requirements analysis. Required Skills: Individual must have the ability to efficiently utilize software requirements tools. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products. Strong written and oral skills to communicate effectively with team members and customers are essential. Must be detail oriented and have experience in supporting software development/engineering programs and have an understanding of the concepts and terminology used in this environment. Must be experienced in using MS Office Suite. Must have an active DoD or FBI Secret Clearance. Desired Skills: Experience with Rational Requisite Pro, Rational Rose, Rational ClearQuest, Rational SoDA considered a plus. DOD OR FBI SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED

12. HELP DESK SUPPORT TECHNICIAN Job Description: This position requires an active/current DOD or FBI Top Secret clearance. Candidate must be able to obtain a TS/SCI also. The candidate will work as a member of a fifteen-person help desk team that provides 24X7 onsite coverage in support of a newly developed application package supporting over 25,000 users worldwide. The candidate will receive trouble calls, open trouble ticket, query user, identify problems, and resolve problems. Escalate unresolved trouble tickets to operations and maintenance (O&M) personnel. Track calls and keep customer informed until resolution. Update trouble ticket status and close trouble ticket upon resolution. Monitor system status and report anomalies to O&M personnel. Successful candidates will be processed for SCI security clearance Education: High School diploma or equivalent and two plus years of experience in the use of personal computer hardware and software related network communication Required Skills: Must have demonstrated good oral and written communication skills. Ability to determine priority and urgency quickly and accurately. Troubleshoot problems. Broad knowledge of computers, application software and networks. Experience with MS Office Suite is a must.
