QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENT that the CITY OF SOUTH PORTLAND, a municipal corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maine, with a place of business at 25 Cottage Road, South Portland, Maine, 04106 (hereinafter "Grantor"), in consideration of one dollar ($1) and other valuable consideration paid by Tahoe Development Group, Inc., having a mailing address of 33 Folly Road, Sebago, Maine 04029 (hereinafter "Grantee"), the receipt whereof it does hereby acknowledge, does hereby remise, release, bargain, sell and convey and forever quitclaim unto Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, a certain lot or parcel of land situated in South Portland, County of Cumberland, State of Maine, located at o Surfsite Road and identified as South Portland Assessor's Map 05, Lot 91. Meaning and intending to convey and hereby conveying all interest in the premises as acquired by the City of South Portland by deed from Martha McGregor, Marlin Throop, Elizabeth Smith, Carl Smith and Theresa G. Throop dated June 20, 1968 and recorded at the Cumberland County Registry of Deeds in Book 3067 at Page 459. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of South Portland has caused this instrument to be executed by Jeffrey K. Jordan, its City Manager, thereunto duly authorized, this ___ day of _____________, 2005.
