“MOTHER NATURE” is still in control out West, so please realize that we cannot control her weather patterns or the water flows. But we can recommend all things to make your trip a well prepared for and comfortable experience regardless of the changes that may occur. We reserve the right to change river sections, move to adjacent rivers or postpone the trip if water levels, weather conditions or circumstances arise which are beyond our control. Client river skills and abilties can also detemine whether a particular river or trip are substituted. PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION POLICY CAREFULLY, as it applies in every instance. If you are concerned about the possible loss of monies paid due to late cancellation, we recommend that you purchase a trip cancellation insurance policy. (See forms enclosed with confirmation packet.) PLEASE NOTE: We must receive cancellation in writing. FAX acceptable.
RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
ONE DAY: $25 non-refundable deposit per person is required when making reservations. The total is due 45 days prior to your trip. Charge card numbers will be accepted for deposit confirmation on short notice bookings. When cancellation is made 2 days prior to departure, all monies are refunded LESS a $25 per person fee. 2 days notice, no monies are refunded (this includes credit card charges). International trips have separate information. Request details.MULTI-DAY: Advance reservations and deposit is recommended. Space availability is not guaranteed without deposit. Minimum deposit when confirming a reservation is 25%. Final balance of trip cost is due 45 days prior to trip start date.Cancellation made 30+ days prior to departure will forfeit 10% of trip cost.Cancellation made between 30 and 10 days forfeit 25% of trip cost. With less than 10 days written notice, NO monies are refunded (this includes credit card charges). Makes Checks payable to Dvorak Expeditions, Inc. Dvorak Expeditions will assume no responsibility for injury to trip members, damage/loss of belongings, or for time or expense incurred. We request that you read and sign a liability release prior to your trip. Please fill out the health questionnaire. Because of the risk associated with river trips, including possible personal injury, property loss and financial loss in the event of cancellation, we strongly urge all trip participants to obtain vacation insurance.
