 Our standard Delivery Assurance data hygiene solutions include merge-purge which de-dupes names and addresses from two or more compared
 files to eliminate the cost and waste of unintentional duplicate communications to the same recipients. Our address hygiene services also insure your
 lists are current, accurate and deliverable in accordance with United States Postal Service (USPS) standards and meet all USPS requirements and

 Suppression Services
 AIM voluntarily complies with all DMA ethical guidelines and offers a suite of suppression services to help you comply by eliminating addressees who
 have indicated that they do not want to receive unsolicited communications. These include DMA Do Not Contact Mail Preference, National Do Not

 Call (“DNC”), State Do Not Call (“State DNC”) and Opt-out Email addresses. Delivery Assurance also suppresses the addresses of deceased and
 incarcerated persons to limit wasted mailing costs.

 Address Hygiene

 With Delivery Assurance , you are assured that your lists are current, accurate and deliverable in accordance with USPS standards. Our
 methodologies meet all requirements and certifications of USPS including CASS*, NCOA* (National Change of Address), Address Element
 Correction, Fast Forward* and the latest address technology from the USPS, Delivery Point Validation ("DPV"). DPV* confirms that an address on
 your database actually exists, saving you the cost of mailing to an invalid address.

 Another valuable address hygiene tool, Delivery Sequence File Second Generation (DSF*), decreases address delivery errors that are not detected
 by CASS certified processing or NCOA. This tool assigns addresses to classifications including business or residence, vacant or seasonal, and
 identifies the mail delivery method. These include curbside delivery, door slot, NDCBU (neighborhood delivery and collection box unit), or central
 delivery. Enhanced Line of Travel (ELOT*), a part of DSF, provides delivery sequence numbers. These are used with saturation mailings. *USPS

 This solution offers the entire standard Delivery Assurance file suppression and hygiene services described above supplemented by our
 Proprietary Change of Address ("PCOA") solution. PCOA typically identifies and updates 5-15% of address changes after NCOA has been run.
 These updated addresses are among the 35% that consumers did not report to the postal system. This service relies on our robust New Mover file
 with 80 million records that are archived and retained for several years. This database is continually updated with 700,000 new and old address
 record combinations monthly. These records are unduplicated and, in addition, they are ‘chained’ to allow you to match at more that one previous
 address.

 All of these services work together to save you production costs, postage and other related mailing costs while positively impacting response rates
 and ROI. This also helps prevent customer and donor lapse.

 Email Delivery Assurance
 Email marketing carries special challenges including compliance with CAN-SPAM laws, passing through server spam filters, and keeping your email
 address list current in light of the high turnover rate of ISPs, email providers and employer email addresses. AIM can help you overcome all of these

AIM Data Hygiene Services
Merge-Purge:          The process of de-duping two or more lists netting out a single output file.


*CASS Certification: The CASS™ system improves the accuracy of carrier route, five-digit ZIP®, ZIP+4®, and delivery point codes that
appear on mail pieces. CASS enables the Postal Service™ to evaluate the accuracy of address-matching software programs in three areas: (1)
ZIP+4 delivery point coding, (2) carrier route coding, and (3) five-digit coding. CASS allows vendors/mailers the opportunity to test their address-
matching software packages and, after achieving a certain percentage of compliance, to be certified by the Postal Service


*NCOA: The “National Change Of Address” program captures the address changes of approximately 65% of consumers who report their
address changes to the post office.


*Address Element Correction: AEC is a service that corrects and standardizes address elements when CASS-certified address
matching software cannot match the address to the Zip + 4 product. AEC seeks to transform problem addresses into accurate, standardized
addresses focusing on correcting address element deficiencies such as misspellings, nonstandard abbreviations, incorrectly joined elements,
improperly ordered elements, address lines containing data other than the actual address, and missing elements. This allows mailers to take full
advantage of automation discounts.


*Fast Forward:         Software that provides updates on forwarding addresses.

*Delivery Point Validation:              Confirms that the addresses on your database actually exist to avoid your mailing any invalid addresses.

*Delivery Sequence File Second Generation: DSF is an address hygiene tool that minimizes address delivery errors not
detected by NCOA or CASS certified processing. It classifies an address as business or residence, vacant or seasonal, and identifies the mail
delivery method – curbside delivery, door slot, NDCBU (neighborhood delivery and collection box unit), or central delivery. Enhanced Line of
Travel (ELOT*) is a part of DSF and provides delivery sequence numbers for saturation mailings.
