Shipping Information
Shipping Information Examination materials should be returned “collect” via courier from schools in Alberta and prepaid via air-express from schools in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Receiving hours are 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. Make specific arrangements with the Marking Centre Manager (see Contacts section) regarding shipments of material that will arrive outside of these hours. All materials are to be returned according to routine procedures outlined by your school/school authority. For those schools/school authorities that do not have routine procedures in place, all materials are to be returned “collect” by courier or truck transport. If your school/school authority is in the Edmonton area, please use the courier service Mr. Courier - the dispatch telephone number is 464-5719, and the account number that must be referenced is EDUE 42. If your school/school authority is outside of Edmonton or the surrounding area, please use one of the following courier services: DHL EXPRESS - the dispatch telephone number is 1-800-225-5345, and the account number that must be referenced is LU4698. Purolator - the dispatch telephone number is 1-800-387-3027, and the account number that must be referenced is 4664403. All schools/school authorities returning used/completed materials written on a Thursday or Friday should check ( ) the Saturday Delivery box in the special products section of the DHL EXPRESS/Purolator Waybill. By doing so, you will ensure the delivery of your examination materials to Learner Assessment before Monday of the next week. If the school/school authority returns materials by mail or bus, the school/school authority will be responsible for all costs incurred.
