Course registration
• • Participants can register their interest for open calendar courses by fax, phone or online. Upon receiving the registration of interest, all participants receive a registration form that is to be filled in, signed and faxed back to (07) 33 196 172. Only confirmed registrations will be acted upon. A deposit is required to secure the booking. These terms and conditions apply for all open calendar and online courses. • • •

Fees
• • • • All course fees are subject to 10% GST. All exam fees are subject to 10% GST. All course fees listed in our marketing material are inclusive of GST but exclusive of exam fees. The Art of Service holds the right to change or cancel discount campaigns without further notice. • • •
Payment
Course fees can be paid by Direct deposit, Cheque or Credit card – Visa, MasterCard or American Express. A non-refundable deposit of $ 250 is required at time of registration. All payments are due within 30 days from date of invoice or 7 days before commencement of the course, which ever is earlier. Late payments (payments after the due date) attract a 6% monthly administration surcharge. And/OR Failing to comply with the full payment terms, will forfeit attendance to the course and loss of deposit. Cheques should be made payable to The Art of Service Pty Ltd, and sent to GPO Box 2673, Brisbane QLD 4001.

Cancellation policy
• • • The Art of Service holds the right to cancel or reschedule courses at any time. The Art of Service will endeavor to give as much notice as possible in the event of courses being cancelled. The Art of Service takes no responsibility for costs incurred due to course cancellation. • •
Warranty
There are no warranties expressed or implied relating to the content or result of attendance and/or completion of a course. It is the responsibility of the organisation/individual making a course booking to ensure that the course is appropriate to the needs of the participant. Whilst every care is taken in the preparation of training courses and materials, no warranty is given that the information or advice is relevant to the specific needs of any individual.
Participant cancellation
• Cancellations received within 7 days after receipt of faxed registration confirmation will be eligible for refund of deposit, but only when cancellation is received more than 7 days prior to course commencement. Cancellations and rescheduling requests received up to 7 days prior to commencement of the course are subject to a $50 administration fee. Cancellation received within 7 days before commencement of the course is subject to a full course cost. All cancellations need to be in writing on letterhead with signature to The Art of Service, GPO Box 2673, Brisbane, QLD 4001 or fax: (07) 33 196 172. Postponements received within 5 days before commencement of course will incur additional conference package cost. A separate invoice will be sent to cover the course venue arrangements. Non-attendance will incur full course cost; this also applies for non-attendance on the second or subsequent days of a course. • • •
Transfer
Students wishing to transfer to a future course date for personal reasons must put forward a formal request to the Executive Manager in writing. Approved transfers are valid for up to 12 months after the initial course dates that were booked. A booking may be transferred to another participant at no additional cost, if tranfer request is received prior to course commencement.
