Scope of Work: Total replacement of existing school and athletic fields. Project will
be a prototype design with the possibility of minor upgrades to the new classroom
buildings. New administration, media center, auditorium/music and new
cafeteria/kitchen will face Oak Ridge Rd. New classroom buildings and gymnasium will
complete backside circle and courtyard. Sitework includes new CEP, new prototype
football stadium, new track, new softball field, new baseball field, storm water retention,
landscaping, courtyard, parking, bus loop, parent drop off. “Student achievement and
parental involvement are two of the top priorities in School Board District 5.” said
Kathleen “KAT” Gordon (District 5). Project is bidding an "Early Start Package",
anticipated start date is April 2010. ESP includes storm water, structural piles,
demolition and site utilities.

Scheduled Completion Date: Tentatively December 2012

Current Board Adopted Budget: $72,915,136.00

Project will be completing design of the Main Package in June/ Early Start
Package is in the Construction phase.
