Six Sigma Management Program
Six Sigma is a set of process improvement methodologies that reach beyond functional activities,
to rediscover and streamline business core values. Six Sigma techniques are proven to increase
productivity, enhance quality and can be applied universally in manufacturing, service, health
care, information technology and public sector organizations.
This project based training will provide you with the needed tools to master Six Sigma best
practices, to lead process improvements and deliver tangible results. Six Sigma emphasizes on
eliminating defects, reducing rework, cutting wasted operating costs and increasing the level of
customer’s satisfaction.
Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to identify improvement projects,
measure results, analyze performance data and create improved process solutions.
This program consists of two parts: Six Sigma Green Belt and the Six Sigma Black Belt. To
earn the Six Sigma Certificate, you must complete the training, perform a process improvement
project and pass written examinations.

Six Sigma philosophy and design
Teams and teamwork
Introduction to lean manufacturing concepts
Project definition and planning/ Project management and chart project missions
Data collection and analysis. Measure and collect data using process mapping, system
analysis, defects and process variation, time plots, frequency plots, process capabilities,
cause and effect matrix, failure analysis and graphical analysis
Cost of quality
Statistical methods for problem solving
Regression modeling and analysis
Multi-variable analysis and design of experiments
Sampling techniques
Statistical process controls
Simulation and case studies
Metrics and Benchmarking
Control and delivery of results
Reports and presentation
In addition, participants are required to select a project of perspective improvements at their
place of business, demonstrating the use of the knowledge learned. At least a total of 40
hours should be committed to off-class time for company-selected project. Participants
must also pass a written examination in order to receive the certificate.
As additional benefit, this training program includes special mentoring - one to one
coaching, given to insure successful completion of the six sigma project”. The one to one
coaching will be available by Master Black Belt practitioners offered by Searchtec
Consulting Group.

Searchtec Consulting Group is now offering "6 Sigma Black Belt” on-line training
program with blended learning one to one coaching approach.
Six Sigma is a set of process improvement methodologies that reach beyond functional
activities, to rediscover and streamline business core values. Six Sigma techniques are
proven to increase productivity, enhance quality and can be applied universally in
manufacturing, service, health care, information technology and public sector
organizations.
Through on going series of lessons, the e-learning will deliver the educational
requirements to meet the six sigma black belt training. The program was formatted by
the nation leading industry experts according to Al Morelli Searchtec's technical advisor
for this program.
The six sigma black belt e-learning program is designed to be convenient and practical.
The training will include interactive lesson format with practical easy to follow
presentations. Also, the attendees can call directly to the instructor for advisement. At
the end of the training, after passing the required examination, the attendees will
receive credit for recognition with a certificate of completion.
