I. POLICY:
NOTE: THE INTENT OF THIS POLICY IS APPLICABLE TO ALL
LICENSED SECURE RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT CENTERS
(SRTC) AND THERAPEUTIC RESIDENTIAL CHILD CARE
FACILITIES (TRCCF). HOWEVER, THE TOOLS AND/OR
INSTRUMENTS TO MEET THE POLICY REQUIREMENTS ARE TO
BE DETERMINED BY EACH INDIVIDUAL LICENSED PROGRAM.
All Division of Youth Corrections’ Employees shall adhere to Colorado Department
of Human Services (CDHS) Policy and/or Department of Personnel and
Administration (DPA) Rules along with the Division of Youth Corrections’ Human
Resource/Personnel Policy. Please refer to Colorado Department of Personnel and
Administration at www.colorado.gov Rules Chapter 6 and CDHS website

Plan, Dispute Resolution Form in either PDF or Word Document format,
Performance Planning and Appraisal Form, the PMAP cover page and the PMAP
