Objective: A letter of recommendation from the City O London that outlines the
support of ThinkLondonxa: London’s most comprehensive online directory for
entertainment, tourism, lifestyle and business.
Mission Statement: To provide an online portal that enhances the experience
of tourists, Londoners and all organizations that resides in the City of London.
TLCA is a non-competitive online directory that compliments business and
resource models to educate, showcase and provide technological convenience
for online clients to locate desired information.
Funding: TLCA is a division of (GMS) Global Marketing Synergies Inc.
(www.thinklondon.ca) is a private enterprise that requires no financial assistance
from the City of London.
GMS: GMS is a marketing and communications consulting firm that specializes
in franchise marketing, e-marketing and marketing strategy. GMS is currently in
its third year of operations. (Please see the attached GMS promotional brochure)
TLCA Timelines: TLCA will be open to the public on May 15 2005
TLCA was developed as a “trail blazer’ to the E-Franchising business model.
To our knowledge, TLCA will be the first E-Franchise of its kind that is registered
to the Canadian Franchise Association. TLCA has pre-sold other South
Western Ontario cities to follow the online business model E-Franchise template.
This franchise strategy will connect to a larger online national porter that will
support a national franchise model. To facilitate the growth of this business
model, TLCA has received an approved application with the lvey Business
School CFP to analyze the TLCA model.

President and CEO Profile: Albert Lararito
As the National Sales Coordinator in the New Business Development division for
Toys R Us Head Office, Albert finished 8 Years with Toys R Us and joined the
Head m i c e Club Monaco - Polo Ralph Lauren spearheading the launch of Club
Monaco Cosmetics division and assisted the Director of Operations.
Concurrently, Albert participated in the Executive MBA program at the University
College of Cape Breton that Complimented his Honors Bachelor of Arts from the
University of Western Ontario. He continues his education with numerous
certifications and working towards a Certificate in Leadership from the University
of Western Ontario Continuing Education. Albert holds equity positions in 6
companies and manages the daily operations as an Associate Partner of Global
Marketing Synergies Inc. As the Vice President of the Filipino Association of
London and District, he holds board positions with the Chamber of Commerce of
London and supports the Young Entrepreneurs Association and the University of
Western Ontario - Kings College. As a client of the London Economic
Development Center and the C i of London, Albert has partnered with AIM
Health Group in recruiting family physicians to London Ontario and the province
itself through the “Adopt a Doc” program. His strengths are prominent in
marketing strategy, E-Marketing, overall Leadership training and New Business
Development. The companies he holds equity positions in are the following
industries: Marketing and Management Consulting, Immigration, Wine and
Beverages, Luxury Goods Retail: and Health and Wellness.

Thames Valley Children Center. TLCA has committed 3% of its profits to
the national Non Profit organization Children Miracle Foundation.
