Construction Contract Template

Simple, but perfect.

This is a very simple Construction Contract Template. It has a nice promise paragraph to ensure that the person hiring will pay a certain amount on a certain date, that's why I find it so cool and helpful. I will not be hiring a contractor directly, thus i won't use this, but it's a very nice document. Simple and to the point.
