The American Theatre of Harlem Cultures Collide Film Festival Schedule of Events (Feb 22-26, 2005) With the exception of Tuesday’s program, which begins at 8pm, all screenings begin at 7pm. All screenings take place at the South Oxford Space, 138 South Oxford Street in Fort Greene, Brooklyn (near downtown).
