Think Positive – Visualize you giving a great interview and being offered the job! Do not “bad mouth” former employers. Listen. Be truthful and have an upbeat positive attitude. Screening – looking for facts, looking to reject not accept, usually first interview. Selection – making the final choice, looks deeper into personal attributes.
