UC EAP Reciprocal Exchanges Online Application – Tutorial I Applicants who have not yet established a log-in ID and password can do so by clicking on the link on the left side of the screen. Applicants who have previously established a log-in ID and password, and have previously begun their online application, should follow the instructions on the right side of the screen. Applicants should first refer to the application instructions on the Reciprocal Exchanges website, paying special attention to the Preliminary Steps. After applicants have selected the application term, they may begin completing the online application (i.e., Personal Information, Address, Visa, Education History, etc.) or they may go directly to the section on Study Plans and Prerequisites. After applicants have completed the Study Plans and Prerequisites sections of the application, they must submit, and save and exit. To return to the online application, applicants must log in and resume by clicking on the complete the online application link. Applicants should complete the personal information requested, exactly as it appears on their passport. Applicants should complete the address information requested. Applicants should complete the educational history information requested. Applicants should list and rank their three preferred UC campuses, with their major and duration of study indicated for each UC campus. Applicants should comment on their proposed studies at UC, in response to this statement subject. From this screen, applicants may proceed with completing the Study Plan sections of the application or with the Student Contract/Authorization screen. Applicants must check the box for Required Authorization to indicate that they understand and agree with the terms of their Student Contract/Authorization. Each item on the screen is interactive, and clicking on a link will refer an applicant to the appropriate screen for completion. Once all items shown on the screen are completed, an application is ready to be approved by the UC Liaison and released to UOEAP. Be sure to instruct applicants to click the Submit Application button after completing all sections of the online application.
