Collabera mBanking Mobile Application

The Mobile client based application is used for the following tasks:

Bank Customer Logs In with the User Name and Password, which was registered in a
different channel – online banking website. All the Accounts linked to that Customer
will be shown.

Customer can select the Account Type and can perform the following tasks:

   •   Check Balance
   •   Funds Transfer
   •   Bill Payment
   •   Mini Statement
   •   Transactions
   •   Service Requests
   •   Customer can view the nearest ATM Location on Map by using the GPS.


mBanking Online Application Tasks

To enroll for mobile banking, Customer Logs in with his credentials to signup.

Step 1: Bank Customer logs in with User Name and Password.




Step 2: Bank Customer gets authenticated with the User Name and Password and
lands in Homepage.

Step 3: Bank Customer gets enrolled for mobile banking by giving his user
credentials, needed for accessing the mobile application.

To authenticate the customer for using Mobile Banking, Admin needs to login
and authenticate the registered customer.

Step1: Admin Logs In with User Name and Password.

Step 2: Admin gets the list of customers enrolled for Mobile Banking. He selects the
customer and authenticates him.

Step 3: Once the Admin authenticates the customer, an email notification is sent to
the customer with registration key.

To register for mobile banking with registration key, Customer Logs in with his
credentials

   •   User : mbankinguser1
   •   Password : P@ssw0rd

Step 1: Bank Customer logs in with User Name and Password.

Step 2: Customer enters the registration key received by email and registers to mobile
banking.

Step 3: Customer gets an email notification on successful registration.


To use mobile banking services after registration, Customer Logsout and Logs
In again with his credentials.

   •   User : mbankinguser1
   •   Password : P@ssw0rd

Step 1: Bank Customer logs in with User Name and Password.

Step 2: Customer gets authenticated and lands in Home page.

Step 3: Bank Customer Registers/add a Payee for Funds Transfer by providing Payee
details,which includes a Payee Nick Name to be used by the Windows Mobile
Smartphone device application for funds transfer (encapsulating account number and
other details for better security during data transfer).

Step 4: Bank Customer gets the Email Notification saying that he needs to login into
his account and Register the Payee for confirmation by using the Registration key
provided in the mail for completing the Registration.

Step 5: Bank Customer logs In into his account and Registers the Payee for
confirmation by
using the Registration key provided in the mail for completing the Registration.

Step 6: Bank Customer Registers/add a Biller for Bill Payment.

Step 7: Bank Customer gets the Email Notification saying that he needs to login into
his account and Register the Biller for confirmation by using the Registration key
provided in the mail for completing the Registration.

Step 8: Bank Customer logs In into his account and Registers the Biller for
confirmation by using the Registration key provided in the mail for completing the
Registration

Step 9: Bank Customer clicks on Mobile Application Downloads for downloading the
respective Mobile Application and prerequisites to be installed on the mobile
application.

Step 10: Bank Customer can change his Login Password and Transaction Password.



Mbanking Mobile Client Application Usage

Customer credentials:

   •   User : mbankinguser1

   •   Date of Birth : 1\15\1983

Step 1: Customer Logs In with the User Name and Password. Once authenticated,
user is redirected to the Home page.

Step 2: Customer clicks on My Accounts from the menu. Customer gets the Accounts
linked to him and then selects the Account type.

Step 3: Customer selects the Account type and clicks on Check Balance from the
Tabs to get the Available balance of that Account.

Step 4: Customer clicks on Mini Statement from the Tabs, where he gets the last five
transaction details according to the transaction date and time in descending order.

Step 5: Customer clicks on Self Funds Transfer from the Tabs, he gets the list of
Accounts linked to his Account by him through mBanking Web Application. He selects
the Account Type, date and enters the Amount to be transferred.

Step 6: Customer gets the confirmation screen on the funds transfer.

Step 7: Customer is asked to enter the Transaction Password for the funds transfer.

Step 8: Customer gets the confirmation screen on the funds transfer status
(successful/failed).

Step 9: Customer clicks on Third Party Transfer from the Tabs; he gets the Nick
Names of the Payees registered by him through mBanking online Application. He
selects the Payee Nick Name and enters the Amount to be transferred.

Step 10: Customer gets the confirmation screen on the funds transfer.

Step 11: Customer is asked to enter the Transaction Password for the funds transfer.

Step 12: Customer gets the confirmation screen on the funds transfer status
(successful/failed).

Step 13: Customer clicks on Transactions from the Tabs, where he gets the last five
transaction messages according to the transaction date and time in descending order.

Step 14: Customer clicks on Bill Payment from the Tabs, where he gets the Bill
Payment Form where the customer pays the bill by selecting the registered Biller and
enters the due date and amount to be paid.

Step 15: Customer gets the confirmation screen on the Bill Payment.

Step 16: Customer is asked to enter the Transaction Password for the Bill Payment.

Step 17: Customer gets the confirmation screen on the Bill Payment status
(successful/failed).

Step 18: Customer clicks on Service Requests from the Tabs, where he gets all the
services provided and from them he can select a service and request for it.

Step 19: Customer clicks on ATM Locations from the Menu, where he gets the Map
showing the nearest ATM location.
