Program Introduction
We are proud to present an insurance program for the International Law Enforcement Trainers & Educators Association. This program will be administered through a joint effort of ECM Insurance Services and Leech Bridges Insurance Agency. The program will be underwritten by Cover X Insurance Inc. The policies will be issued by an AM Best “A” rated carrier (First Mercury Insurance Company). We are confident you will find this program complete and comprehensive in coverage.

Marketing the Program
Our target policy holder count is 400 to 500 members. This goal must be accomplished with in the first year. Hitting this goal will insure the integrity of the program. This goal will be accomplished with the following marketing plan:
ILEETA will send out an email blast to all members announcing the new availability of insurance through the ILEETA organization. Any future email blast sent by ILEETA, even if unrelated to this insurance program, will also have reminders of the insurance program. ILLETA will also place the details of the program in the ILEETA monthly news letter Future news letters sent, even if unrelated to this insurance program, will also have reminders of the insurance program. Program will be marketing by ECM and Leech Bridges at the annual ILEETA conference Link to application and contact information will be placed on the ILEETA web site Dedicated Insurance section on ILEETA web site Program will be marketed through Industry Trade Journals

Approved States
This program will be issued on Non-Admitted Insurance Company paper. ECM is a licensed Surplus Lines Broker in many states. Our goal is to be licensed in every state so we can fully serve our clients no matter where they may be. ECM adds approved Surplus Lines States as fast as we can. As those states are added, this program will be added to each applicable state. Because of regulatory issues, the states of PR and WY will not be approved to receive this program. The program will be available shortly in RI. Based on the ILEETA members’ state of domicile, the program will be available in the following states:

Student Assumption of Risk Form
The ILLETA organization has worked very hard to maintain a professional group of members who adhere to set standards of operations. With the addition of the Student Assumption of Risk form, ILEETA now has a benchmark by which to measure this standard. The Student Assumption of Risk form will afford all ILEETA members the ability to conduct business by a set guideline of safety rules. In addition, the use of this form will allow ILLETA members to separate themselves from other Laws Enforcement groups with a level of professionalism unaccomplished by other member organizations. The Assumption of Risk form most be:
Signed by each participating class attendant Safety rules must read aloud prior to class starting Signed class participant section will be kept on file for no shorter then 1 year after the class is complete.
