STRATEGY Select a cost-effective high profile tennis personality to participate in the mobile tennis lessons to more easily publicize in the tennis, sports and business press. III. ACTION PLAN Secure tennis personality for filming, licensing and PR for mobile phone tennis lesson downloads Issue press release announcing mobile phone tennis lessons available via download that also mentions company’s quest for additional funding for expansion. Set up media opportunities with tennis personality to further promote mobile phone tennis lessons. Show off technology to tennis industry insiders on site at the US Open IV. FEES Leverage Sports can execute the above plan for a fee of $4,000 for the securement of tennis talent, the coordination of the tennis lesson video shoot, the public relations launch of the mobile tennis lesson, including the drafting and distribution of the press release (not including fees for services such as Businesswire, etc.) and for in person demonstrations at the 2006 US Open among tennis insiders. Leverage Sports will also ask for a fifteen (15) percent commission of all financially beneficial relationships that are introduced to Onthegostudio.com (sponsorship, licensing, partnerships, etc.), however, Leverage Sports will only be paid a five (5) percent on amount of successful funding it is able to secure or introduce to onthegostudio.com for investment purposes. Leverage will also ask that as part of this deal, onthegostudio.com agree to sell for mutual profit tennis music ringtones from recording artist John Macom featuring ringtones with songs about Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Andy Roddick, Maria Sharapova, Martina Hingis and Anna Kournikova.
