Who will attend: Individuals and businesses throughout Montreal What is it: It is a fundraising dinner that attracts approximately 400 people When: Friday November 21, 2008 Where: President Restaurant, Montreal Quebec Why: To support ORBIS Canada’s sight-saving initiatives Past Supporters: Local businesses and individuals, political representatives, embassy officials and ORBIS corporate supporters ORBIS Canada is fortunate to once again be the beneficiary of the funds raised through the Montreal Community Fundraiser. In its third year, this event promises to be the best one yet! A team of dedicated individuals from the Association for Business and Community Development, (a group of volunteers based in Montreal who donate their time and resources to assist with various fundraising initiatives), work hard to raise funds and awareness for ORBIS Canada. The total of amount raised for ORBIS from the past two events is over $50,000!
