REQUESTED ACTION: The applicant is requesting approval of a Utility Easement Vacation 3. LOCATION: The property is located at 8920 Lamar Avenue. 4. EXISTING ZONING: This property is currently zoned R-1, Single Family Residential District. 5. ANALYSIS: The applicant is requesting to vacate the northerly 10-feet of a 15-foot utility easement that runs along the south side of the residential lot located at 8920 Lamar Avenue.
