Questions To Answer And Double-check Before Submitting A. B. C. D. E. F. G. H. I. J. K. How Many Copies Go To the Funder? Does Someone From the Organization Have To Sign Any Section of the Proposal? Is the Deadline a Receipt Date or a postmark Date? Do You Have To Get Internal Approval Prior To Forwarding the Proposal To the Funder? Do You All the Documents Requested By the Funder in Addition to the Proposal Description? Do You Have A Checklist and Have You Checked Everything Off of It To Make Sure You Are Not Forgetting Something? Are All of the Pieces in the Order Requested in the Guidelines? Do You What Kind of Deliveries the Funder Will Accept; e.g., Overnight Courier, U.S. Post Office? If Deadline Falls on a Weekend of Holiday, What Is the Funder’s Policy? Did You Keep a Copy For Yourself and Others Involved? Did You Have Fun?

Do Not Panic - It’s Useless, You Can Finish Whatever Needs Finishing If You Focus Rather Than Panic Have Fun and Recognize the Tension the Preparation Generates - Chocolate Is Highly Recommended or Other Food For Persons Working on the Proposal Package Make Sure You Have the Right Address(es) for Funder for the Way You Are Sending the Proposal To the Funder Make Sure Everything That Needs to Be in the Proposal Package Is There Before Sealing It.
