How to use Disposition Render
The user can use disposition render with AutoProgressiveDialer and AutoProgressiveSoftphone. Select manual or automatic call from AutoProgressiveSoftphone. When call will fire from AutoProgressiveSoftphone, DispositionRender will be enabled. At that time user has to give some disposition to the particular call. i,e; DNC(do not call), CALLBACK(call back) etc. The DispositionRender contains the different types of button to give the description of the disposed call. The following steps show how to use Disposition List 1. Drag and drop the AutoProgressiveDialer 2. Drag and drop the AutoProgressiveSoftphone 3. Drag and drop DispositionRender 4. Select manual or automatic call button on AutoProgressiveDialer. 5. Click on call button. 6. After call will hang up, dispose it and give disposition description. Drag the AutoProgressiveDialer,AutoProgressiveSoftphone DispositionRender widgets in the main window of VMukti Call Center. and

Click on dial button on AutoProgressiveSoftphone.
DNC (Do not call Disposition) for particular call.

Give Disposition to the particular call after call is hanged up
Do not call disposition details.

Call back disposition for the particular call
Give call back disposition and fill the call back disposition details for particular call.
