VMukti Call Center User Guide How to use Disposition List The user can create the disposition list and assign its status as Is Active and also can give some description about the particular disposition. The user can also add various types of disposition to the particular disposition list. The existing disposition list details are shown in the scroll box (S). The disposition list contains the following fields.  Disposition List Details o Disposition List Name o Description o Is Active Status  Dispositions The following steps show how to use Disposition List 1. Drag and drop the Disposition List module 2. Disposition List Name: Enter the disposition list name to be created. 3. Description: Write some description of disposition. 4. Is Active: Check the Is Active checkbox to set the disposition list state as active. 5. Press Save button to save the disposition list details. 6. Press Cancel to discard the entered details.  You can check checkbox (Is Active) for a disposition list.  Drag the Disposition widget in the center pane of the main window of VMukti Call Center. Date: 15 March, 2008 th  Enter the disposition details and press save to create the disposition. .  Select the Dispositions from the list to add in the Disposition List details. After clicking it will be added to the Disposition List entry  Disposition is added to the Disposition List Date: 15 March, 2008 th  If you want to select all the dispositions then there is no need to select manually. You can click on select all button. It will directly add to the Disposition List. Date: 15 March, 2008 th  After clicking to the select all button, click on the (>) button to add the entire Disposition in the Disposition L.ist Press on Save Button to save the selected Disposition List.
