How to use Disposition
The user can dispose manual or auto predictive call using disposition. The existing disposition details are shown in the scroll box (S). The disposition contains the following fields. Disposition List Name Is Active Description The following steps show how to use Disposition 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Drag and drop the disposition module Disposition Name: Enter the disposition name to be created. Is Active: Check the Is Active checkbox to set the disposition state as active. Description: Write some description of disposition. Press Save button to save the Disposition details. Press Cancel to discard the entered details.
You can check the checkbox (Is Active) for a disposition.

Enter the disposition details and press save to create the disposition.
Press OK to save the created disposition.

This scren shot shows the saved records in the Disposition.
To edit the particular disposition entry, press edit button for the respective disposition entry.

After clicking on the edit button, all the details of that records are shown in the respective fields.
The Queue entry is edited to Inactive from Is active status, press OK to save the edited details.

The status of the edited Queue disposition is changed to IsActive and thus the Is active is shown with red icon.
Press on Delete button to delete the particular disposition.

Press Yes to delete the record
