CRM:
This user guide helps the users to use the CRM widget smoothly. The user needs to browse the URL and log in with their respective username and password. CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. It is a process or methodology used to learn more about customers' needs and behaviors in order to develop stronger relationships with them. There are many technological components to CRM, but thinking about CRM in primarily technological terms is a mistake. The more useful way to think about CRM is as a process that will help bring together lots of pieces of information about customers, sales, marketing effectiveness, responsiveness and market trends. CRM helps businesses use technology and human resources to gain insight into the behavior of customers and the value of those customers. How to Use: 1. Drag the CRM widget onto the tab. Features: Add: New CRM can be created. Edit: Existing CRM can be edited Delete: Existing CRM can be deleted.
Drag and Drop the CRM widget on the grid.
Add CRM:
User can add new CRM. The User needs to enter CRM detail by using the CRM panel highlighted below. User needs to do following steps: 1. Provide new CRM name 2. Provide CRM URL if CRM exists at different location. 3. Check the Is Active checkbox if user needs to make the CRM active. 4. Click on Save button to save new CRM. 5. Click on cancel if you user doesn’t want to save the new CRM. Following Screen displays the same thing.
Edit CRM:
User can edit the details of a particular CRM. This is done by selecting that CRM from the CRM widget. Once selected, that CRM will be displayed in the editing tab. The different editing options are Editing CRM name, CRM URL and CRM status. After editing the CRM details users simply need to save the changed CRM. The changed CRM details will be visible in the CRM pane. User needs to perform following steps: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Select the CRM from grid that User wants to edit. Click on Edit button. Edit the information of selected CRM in CRM Tab. Click on Save button to save the changes. Confirmation message will be displayed if data is saved successfully. Click on Cancel button to ignore the changes.
If changes are saved successfully then it will be reflected on the grid.
Select the CRM that User wants to edit.

Edit the information that User wants to edit.
Click on Save button to save the changes.
Confirmation message will be displayed for saving the data.
Delete CRM:
This option is used to delete a particular CRM. The user can select the particular CRM to be deleted and click on the delete button of the corresponding CRM. User needs to do perform following steps: 1. 2. 3. 4. Select the CRM that User wants to delete. Click on Delete Button. Select Yes on confirmation message to delete the CRM. Confirmation message will be displayed if your record is deleted successfully.
Select the CRM that User wants to delete.
Click on delete button to delete the CRM.
Select Yes to delete the CRM.
Confirmation message will be displayed if CRM is deleted successfully.
Changes will be reflected to the grid.
