How to use Calling List
The user can create the calling list and assign its status as Is Active and its type as DNC i.e. Do not call list.The existing calling list details are shown in the scroll box (S). The calling list contains the following fields. Calling List Name Is Active DNC List(Do not call list) The following steps show how to use Calling List 1. 2. 3. 4. Drag and drop the calling list module Calling List Name: Enter the calling list name to be created. Is Active: Check the Is Active checkbox to set the calling list state as active. DNC List: Check the DNC List checkbox to set the created calling list as DNC list. 5. Press Save button to save the calling list details. 6. Press Cancel to discard the entered details. You can check both checkbox (Is Active & DNCList) for a calling list

Enter the calling list details and press save to create the calling list
Press OK to save the created list

To edit the particular calling list, press edit button for the respective calling list
The Test calling list is edited to DNC list from Is active status, press OK to save the edited details

The status of the edited Test Calling List is changed to DNC list and thus the Is active is shown with red icon and IsDNCList is shown as True
Press on Delete button to delete the particular calling list

Press Yes to delete the record
