VMukti Call Center User Guide Date: 15 March, 2008 st How to use Campaign Module User can create the campaign as per the requirement by selecting the desired calling list, DNC list, users and by entering the other details. The existing campaign details are shown in the scroll box (S). The campaign contains the following sections. (A) Campaign Details (B) Calling List (C) DNC Lists (D) User Groups (E) Other Details (A) Campaign Details The following steps show how to use campaign module: 1. Drag and drop the campaign module. 2. Campaign name: Enter the campaign name. 3. Description: Enter description of campaign if desired. 4. No. of channels: Enter the number of channels for the campaign 5. Caller ID: Enter the caller ID. 6. Is Active: Check the Is Active checkbox to set the calling list state as active. 7. Start Date: Enter the start date on which the campaign becomes active. 8. End Date: Enter the end date on which the campaign becomes inactive. 9. Campaign mode: Select the campaign type as predictive or manual. 10. Script name: Select the script to be used for campaign. 11. Press save to save the campaign details. 12. Press cancel to cancel the entered details 3|Page 1 S A B C D E 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 12 11  Enter the campaign details as desired. 4|Page (B) Calling List Calling List has the following fields: 1. Available Lists: The existing lists will be shown under the available list box. Select the desired the lists and click on the > button to transfer the selected list under the available list box to the selected list box. Click on the < button to transfer the list under selected list box to the available list box. Press Select all button to select all the lists and Select none button to deselect the lists. 2. Selected Lists: The lists under the selected list box will be assigned to the campaign. Press Select all button to select all the lists and Select none button to deselect the lists. 3. Set the priority for the selected calling lists: Select the desired calling list and press the button to set the higher priority and press button to set the lower priority. 4. Press Select All button to select all the available entries in list. 5. Press Select None button to deselect the selected entries. 5|Page  Press select all button to select all the available lists  After pressing the Select All button all the entries gets selected 6|Page  Press Select None button to deselect all the selected entries  The selected entries gets deselected 7|Page  Press > button to transfer the entries under available lists to the selected lists list box  The selected entries gets transferred to the selected lists list box 8|Page  To set the priority of selected lists(in this case New Calling List), select the desired calling list and press the button to set the high priority  The selected calling list gets shifted to the top 9|Page  To set the priority of selected lists(in this case New Calling List), select the desired calling list and press the button to set the low priority for it  The selected calling list gets shifted downwards 10 | P a g e (C) DNC Lists – Do not call list DNC List has the following fields: 1. Available Lists: The existing lists will be shown under the available list box. Select the desired the lists and click on the > button to transfer the selected list under the available list box to the selected list box. Click on the < button to transfer the list under selected list box to the available list box. Press Select all button to select all the lists and Select none button to deselect the lists. 2. Selected Lists: The lists under the selected list list box will be assigned to the campaign. Press Select all button to select all the lists and Select none button to deselect the lists. 3. Set the priority for the selected calling lists: Select the desired calling list and press the button to set the higher priority and press button to set the lower priority. 4. Press save button to save the DNC list details.  If DNC list has the Is Active status assigned to it while creating through calling list module then it is shown as green(1) and if Is Active status is not assigned then it is shown as red(2). 2 1 11 | P a g e  Press > button to transfer the entries under available lists to the selected lists list box  The selected entries gets transferred to the selected lists list box 12 | P a g e (D) Users Groups User group has the following fields and functionalities: 1. Available Groups: The existing user groups will be shown under the available group list box. Select the desired the user groups and click on the > button to transfer the selected group under the available groups list box to the selected groups list box. Click on the < button to transfer the group under selected group list box to the available groups list box. Press Select all button to select all the groups and Select none button to deselect the groups. 2. Selected Groups: The groups under the selected group list box will be assigned to the campaign. Press Select all button to select all the groups and Select none button to deselect the groups. 3. Set the priority for the selected groups: Select the desired groups and press the button to set the higher priority and press button to set the lower priority.  You can use the Select All, Select None, > & < buttons to facilitate the same functionalities as described above for calling list. 13 | P a g e  Press > button to transfer the entries under available groups to the selected groups list box  To set the priority of selected lists(in this case US Group), select the desired calling list and press the button to set the high priority 14 | P a g e  The selected user group gets shifted to the top, to set the priority of selected lists(in this case US Group), select the desired calling list and press the button to set the low priority for it, the selected user group gets shifted downwards (E) Other Details Other detail has the following fields: 1. Assigned To: Enter the name of the agent 2. Calling Times: Select the time slot for call by selecting the desired option from the drop down list box. 3. Recording File Format: Select the format for the recording file from the drop down list box. 4. Disposition list: Select the desired disposition list from the drop down list box. 5. Select CRM: Select the desired CRM from the drop down list box. 6. Press save button to save the Campaign details. 15 | P a g e  EDIT : To edit the particular campaign scroll the scroll bar to the right side and press edit for the desired campaign list. 16 | P a g e  Edit the campaign details as desired and press save to save the edited details  DELETE: Press on delete button to delete the respective campaign as per the selection. 17 | P a g e  Press Yes to delete the selected campaign. 18 | P a g e
