This is completely up to you – choose two of the following six areas of complaint, and write a properly formatted letter of complaint for your two selections. You need to make up the scenario – I am giving you the topics – you create the background information to make the letter as realistic as possible.

Mail-order computer – computer in pieces. Satisfaction issue. 5. Music store – you purchased a guitar and discovered a crack in the neck when you got it home. Satisfaction/disclosure issue. 6. You pick and describe a beef of your own!!!
