Address the letter to someone with some real authority – someone who can fix the problem. State the problem clearly & be brief. Be polite!…you’ll get a more positive response State what you want…a refund?...an exchange?...an apology?...etc. Set a specific time for them to respond. A reasonable time is usually 10 business days or more. Include your contact information (home address, email address, and/or phone number)
