              PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES
             County Durham Primary Care Trust is very keen to hear your views
             on Physiotherapy services and we are holding a number of group
             meetings to take this forward. You are cordially invited to attend
                      one of the following meetings to discuss this:



                                              22 September at 1pm
                                          In Wytham Hall, Barnard Castle

                                         23 September at 10am
                               In the Four Clocks Centre, Bishop Auckland

                                           23 September at 1.30pm
                                    In the Parish Centre, Chester-le-Street

                                           26 September at 10am
                                   In Trimdon Station Community Centre
