                               PRE NOTICE OF RACE
The event will be sailed on the Markermeer off Lelystad, the Netherlands, July 15th – 24th inclusive, 2010 and
will include:
     • The Yngling Open World Championship 2010
     • The Yngling Open European Youth Championship 2010
     • The Splash Open European Championship 2010
     • The Eurocup Championship 2010

1       Organizing Authority
The Championships are organised under the authority of the Royal Yachtclub Sneek (KWS) and the INEO
Foundation, in conjunction with the Yngling Club Holland (YCH) (www.yngling.nl), the Dutch Splash Flash
Class Association (SKON) (www.splashclass.org), the International Yngling Association (IYA)
(www.yngling.org) and the Royal Netherlands Yachting Union (www.watersportverbond.nl).

2       Rules
2.1     The regatta will be governed by “the rules” as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS).
2.2     The prescriptions of the Royal Netherlands Yachting Union will not apply.
2.3     The official language will be English
2.4     There may be an age limit for competitors

3       Entries
5.1     Addional entry rules may be applied bij the organisers. This will be notified in the Notice of Race.
5.2     Entries can only be done through the official website.
5.3     The website will be open for international entries from approx. January 31st,2010
