Offering a service to highly demanding guests over the years led us to perceive the needs of
our clientele and brought us to try to ensure full satisfaction from the moment our guest
contact us to look after their holiday experience.
The first impression being often the lasting one, motivated us to open a VIP Lounge next to
Ho Chi Minh City Airport in 2003, allowing us to personally welcome our guests and look
after them while in transfer to and from Ana Mandara Resort Nha Trang.
The initiative got a very positive feed back from our business partners who saw an
opportunity to go further in helping them tailor their guest’s holiday. As personalized
agencies with small volumes, their requisites were clear, they sought our help to assist them
in creating a unique guest experience, through great flexibility, using our years of experience
with the Six-Senses group, to ‘redefine’ experiences The timing appeared perfect to suit our
small business partners demand while at the same time organizing the logistic behind our
future triple center with the opening of two additional properties between November 2004
and April 2005, the Six Senses Hideaway Ninh Van Bay and the Evason Ana Mandara Villas
Dalat.

THE CENTRAL
As Vietnam’s former imperial city since 1802 when Emperor Gia Long, the first Nguyen
Emperor choose it as the imperial city, Hue has remained the main cultural, religious and
educational center in Vietnam.
Since the 16th century, Hoi An has been a trading town, following its tradition as one of the
main trading port in Asia in the 16th and 17th century. Walk along its commercial streets and
enjoy the specificities of its architecture, Hoi An preserved hundreds of houses built of
precious wood in a very original style of architecture.
Dalat’s rich colonial past is still very present all over the area. The French style villas spread

THE NORTH
Hanoi kept a taste of France with its colonial villas and its grand boulevard.
Established as Vietnam’s capital in 1010, it has been enriched by its various influences,
some of its most representative colonial building can be found next to Hoan Kiem lake and
include the History Museum, the Opera house and the famous Metropole hotel.
Not far from it, walk in the steps of Ho Chi Minh in Ba Dinh Square that witnessed the
declaration of independence at the end of World War II, before visiting the next-door lotus
flower shaped temple of the One Pillar Pagoda.
The journey to Halong Bay, one of Vietnam’s five UNESCO world Heritage sites, 160 km
away from Hanoi, is not to be missed. Sail between the three thousand islands; enter to

The magic view of Halong Bay is made up of 1,969 islands of various sizes with limestone
and schist caves. "Ha Long" means "where the dragon descends into the sea" From the

jaggedly from the Gulf of Tonkin (the scales on a dragon' back). Local lore has it that an
enormous dragon created the bay and outcroppings as it thrashed its way toward the open

All tours and services must be directly booked through our office in Ho Chi Minh City -
Vietnam by email, fax or post mail with services requested in details. All our prices vary
according to the season and our quotations will reflect the difference between our published
prices for low season. Quotations are based on the : number of participating persons,
duration of tours/services, tour-code/required services, exact time of arrival and departure,
etc.
Confirmation
All reservations will be confirmed as soon as possible. In case that the confirmation is
impossible, we will advice the status of booking and/or suggest alternative immediately.
Payment
Deposit is not essential unless special service.
Payment is made to us by one of the following methods:
1. 50% payment to be made by Telegraphic Transfer (T.T) to our bank account at least
three (03) weeks before the beginning of the tour, the balance 50% is made by credit
card or in cash on first day of arrival.
2. Full payment by Telegraphic Transfer at least three (03) weeks before the beginning of
tour.
Cancellation
In case of tour cancellation:
Cancellation made 22 days or more before arrival: No charge
Cancellation made between 21 and 11 days before arrival: 50% of total tour cost
Cancellation made 10 days or less before arrival: 100% of total tour cost
Reductions
Tour leader: One FOC in twin-sharing room for every 15 full paying persons.
Child under 12 years old: discounted 50% if sharing the parents'bed, discounted 25% if
staying in one extra bed.

Tour guides included in our rates are English, French, or German speaking ones. Tour guide
