The estimates of functional capacity were generated by staff and administration in December 2003 in an effort to establish building capacities for K-12 schools in the development of a Long Range Facility Plan. The numbers for capacity were derived using the School District No. 5 student-teacher ration: K-2 @ 20 to 1 3-4 @ 25 to 1 5-6 @ 28 to 1 7-12 looked at actual seating space available in the building as one criteria and square feet per students as a second criteria Recap of the data: School Edgerton Elrod Hedges Peterson Russell Linderman KJHS

Flathead High School capacity encompasses the main facility only
