Effective October 1, Stoyko – vice president of UGI’s Electric Division – will serve in the additional

am confident that Bob will carry on the outstanding leadership of PNG and further assist us in making
the ongoing transition smooth and productive.’’
Added Stoyko: “Our primary objective remains providing high quality service and excellent value to
customers. We hope to further increase stakeholder value through activities that enhance service
reliability and meet the natural gas needs of our expanding customer base.”
A 24-year UGI veteran, Stoyko has served as vice president of the Company’s Electric Division since
2004. He also has held numerous supervisory and managerial positions in marketing, customer
