Logistical Requirements:
Wireless Lavalier Microphone System Concentric Circles of Chairs placed around the Yamaha Grand Piano with a six foot clearance between the Yamaha Grand Piano and first concentric circle of chairs. Note: Number of concentric circles dependent upon number of attendees. Yamaha Grand Piano and audience on same level—no raised platform for piano. Performance venue inspection minimum two (2) hours in advance of performance. Collage CD, Artistry of Leadership handouts & pens placed on chairs in advance of KeyNote Event.
Special Notes:
Set-up diagram for audiences over 1,000 available upon request. No serving of food or drinks or wait staff during keynote event. Cell phones and pagers should be turned off during the program.
